1. Customers can return-replace their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. No returns for Deal Of the Day Products.
4. To schedule a return-replace, please drop us a mail to [email protected] with following details: Image of the product & Lable , Order ID
5. After we receive your request we'll need 72hrs time to validate the return and resolve the issue. After validation reverse pickup will be assigned.
(The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin-codes)
6. If you choose to self-ship your product(s), you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
7. Share us the courier receipt so that we can dispatch the replaced order.
